Laure Marianne is an acclaimed multi-disciplinary interior architect recognized for injecting high-end, organic minimalism into historically significant metropolitan properties. Her design ethos rejects off-the-shelf staging in favor of highly localized, custom-commissioned elements that age beautifully with the structure itself.
Fascinated by the unique urban character of Cincinnati’s private alley networks, Marianne envisioned 510 Corporation Alley as a rich, textural antidote to standard urban glass-and-steel architecture. By juxtaposing structural white oak flooring against dark, dramatic soapstone slabs and bespoke local Rookwood glazes, she has established a museum-quality residential compound split into three private luxury suites.
